What we collect
Browsing the site needs no account and collects nothing about you. When you place an order we store what you type at checkout: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, and for delivery orders the address and pincode. The phones in your cart and any phones you have chosen to compare are kept in your own browser's storage, not on our servers, and disappear when you clear it.
What it is used for
Your order details are used to confirm the order by phone, deliver it or hold it at the branch you chose, issue the invoice, and answer questions about it afterwards. Your phone number is also what order tracking checks before it shows an order. We do not send marketing messages, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone outside the shop and the branch staff handling your order.
Payments
No payment is taken on this website. You pay on delivery or at the counter, so no card or bank details ever pass through the site.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only stored data on your device is the cart and compare list mentioned above. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running; these are not used to identify shoppers.
Seeing or removing your details
To see what we hold about an order, or to have your details removed once the order is complete, contact the branch that handled it. Details are kept for as long as the invoice has to be kept for tax and warranty purposes, and removed after that. Contact details for every branch are on the contact page.
